| 3 Months for first pruning and culture check 6 Months for second pruning and culture check 12 Month for third pruning and culture check It is imperative that the client provides a monthly report of operational records and visual documentation. After the first year, there will be a site visits at lest two times a year. GFE Global will document the tree processes: flowering cycles, growth patterns, insect awareness and remedies. All of these steps are important to monitor and document. GFE Global will provide written quarterly and annual reports.
