| GFE has been tasked with developing the most cost effective and efficient method to collect, extract and refine Jatropha bio-diesel for commercial applications. |

|
Our focus in Costa Rica has been to create a solution that will be economically viable and scalable in a small co-op environment as well as a large farm environment.
The first step in providing a Collection solution actually takes place during the farm planning and considers multiple factors including terrain, labor force, climate, natural resources and environmental factors. The ability to mechanize harvesting for Jatropha is largely dependent on the actual spacing of the plantation. There needs to be adequate spacing and appropriate terrain grades in order to use a mechanized harvester. GFE Global will implement and refine its ColXRefT process for this project.
